Ordering & Reservation Policy

At Jas Curated Spaces, we appreciate the trust and support of our customers, especially as a small business. To ensure fair access to our handcrafted items and to protect our resources, we have implemented the following policy for orders and reservations:

1. Stock Availability: All items listed as “in stock” are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We no longer reserve stock items without a confirmed deposit.

2. Custom Orders & Reservations: Due to high demand and the resources required to create custom pieces, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit to begin work on any custom orders or to reserve any in-stock items. This deposit guarantees your commitment and allows us to allocate time and materials specifically for your order.

3. Legitimate, Trusted Business: We understand that customers may have concerns about upfront payments. As a reputable business, we strive to provide transparency, quality, and trust in every transaction. You can review our customer feedback, view photos of our work on Instagram, and reach out directly with any questions before placing an order.

4. No-Show Policy: We can no longer hold items or start custom orders without a deposit. Unfortunately, no-shows or unclaimed items negatively impact our ability to operate effectively and serve other customers.

Terms Of Service

Payment Terms:

Deposit Requirement: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders and reservations of in-stock items. The remaining balance is due upon pick-up or prior to delivery.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit card, Klarna, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.  All payments are secure, and confirmation will be provided upon receipt.

Refunds & Cancellations:

Deposit Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable once paid, as these funds cover the cost of materials and labor reserved specifically for your order.

Order Cancellations: If an order is canceled after the deposit is paid, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing the order to avoid additional charges on materials already purchased.

Returns: Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon receipt. Please inspect items thoroughly upon pick-up or delivery.


Delivery & Pick-Up:

Pick-Up: Customers can pick up their orders at the agreed upon pick up spot. Please arrange a pick-up time in advance, as we may not hold items indefinitely unless a deposit was made.

Local Delivery: We offer local delivery to specific areas, with fees based on location. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for detailed pricing and terms.

Delivery Scheduling: Deliveries must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by both parties. If you miss a scheduled delivery without prior notice, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Customization & Color Matching:

Color Matching: We offer custom color matching at an additional fee. However, due to natural variations in materials, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

Customization Requests: All customization details must be finalized before production begins. Once production has started, we cannot accommodate further changes.

Product Care & Outdoor Use:

Weather Resistance: Our cement products are designed to withstand outdoor conditions. However, we recommend periodic maintenance for optimal longevity, especially in harsh climates.

Care Instructions: Instructions for care and maintenance are provided with each order to help prolong the life of your items. Failure to follow these instructions may impact durability and is not covered by any warranty.

Privacy Policy:


Personal Information: We collect only the necessary personal information to complete and fulfill your orders. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Data Security: We prioritize the security of your data and take all reasonable measures to protect your information during transactions.

 Liability:

Product Usage: Jas Curated Spaces is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from misuse or improper installation of our products. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and maintenance of items.

Third-Party Links: Any links to third-party sites on our website are for informational purposes only, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Changes to Terms of Service:

Jas Curated Spaces reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
